How do you fit a Neewer conversion lens onto a Canon EOS D1000?

Q: I have bought a Neewer 0.45x off the target angle conversion lens and I'm not entirely sure how to attach it onto my camera...I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to these things.

I have a Canon EOS D1000 with the example kit lens

A: The conversions lens must be screwed into the trickle threads of your current lens.

If your lens is the 18-55 mm the filter thread is 58mm

That means that you needed to buy the conversion lens with a 58 mm inch.


Neewer Wide Angle 58 mm lens will not fit my Digital EOS Rebel Xsi?

A: What is the screen thread size on the lens you have on your XSI? wide angle attachments do not fit on cameras, they fit on lenses. If the tenor on the lens and the thread on the attachment are both 58mm there is no reason they should not fit. Sometimes
